Requirements:

CPA earned at a reputable accounting firm, ideally a Big 4.

10-15 years of progressive senior finance experience in financial managerial/leadership roles, including 3+ years as a CFO or senior finance executive at a professional services firm.

Track record of redesigning and implementing efficiently designed finance functions leveraging automation.

Detail‑oriented and able to synthesize complex financial data at the executive level.

Track record of career accomplishments demonstrating being energetic, driven, confident, and aspirational.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves, dig in and solve problems, plan for change, and manage companies through change in a rapid manner.

Strong ethical judgment and experience navigating and resolving complex financial issues appropriately.
