responsible for leading end-to-end AWS cloud architecture design, driving scalable and secure multi-region solutions, and providing technical governance and leadership across cross-functional teams. (Hybrid, Toronto)

AWS Cloud Architecture (Multi-AZ, Multi-Region, Scalable & Secure Design) – 8+ years

End-to-End Solution Design & Architecture Documentation – 8+ years

Cloud Architecture Governance, Standards & Best Practices – 7+ years

Architecture Decision-Making (Cost, Performance, Security Trade-offs) – 7+ years

Stakeholder Management & Client-Facing Communication – 7+ years

Technical Leadership & Mentorship of Engineering Teams – 7+ years

Nice To Have Skills

Prior Hands-on AWS Implementation Experience – 5+ years

AWS Security & Compliance Frameworks (Well-Architected, IAM, etc.) – 5+ yearsDevOps & CI/CD Exposure – 4+ years

Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform) – 4+ years

Financial Services Domain Experience – 4+ years

Architecture Roadmap & Cloud Migration Strategy – 5+ years

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AWS architecture design for scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions.

Drive architecture decisions, including cost optimization, performance tuning, and security considerations.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust cloud solutions.

Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and governance standards.

Produce structured solution design documents, diagrams, and architecture roadmaps.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams implementing the solutions.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and cloud governance frameworks.

Present and communicate architectural strategies to clients and senior stakeholders.
