Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce, including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), to support various organizational needs

Maintain data integrity for donor, volunteer, and program records while overseeing data management practices

Manage user access and security protocols to ensure data confidentiality

Design and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking performance and impact measurement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and promote user adoption of Salesforce solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of three (3+) years of Salesforce administration experience, including automation and data governance

Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and nonprofit fundraising operations

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Commitment to the organization’s mission and values

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Experience leading Salesforce implementations, upgrades, or system migrations

Understanding of nonprofit fundraising metrics and program outcome tracking
