Job Description

Your route This is a regular full-time position and is located in Dorval.

Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service

Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales

Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals

Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.

Under the hood To join our team, you need:

Strong aptitude for people management, communication and organization

Vehicle parts knowledge (asset)

Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
