This is a rare opportunity to step into a fully established, referral-based practice with strong patient flow and long-standing relationships with local general dentists.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

50% of production Average daily production: $8,000-$15,000, depending on individual scheduling preferences Full-time schedule: up to 5 days per week - build your ideal schedule $20,000 relocation bonus with a two-year commitment Buy-in/partnership opportunity available for the right candidate

Qualifications:

NDSE Certified Specialist in Endodontics, eligible for licensure in British Columbia

Key Responsibilities:

Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures Manage complex cases, including retreatments and apical surgeries Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients Maintain excellence in clinical standards and patient care
