Job Description
Provide overall leadership of resort operations, including accommodations, grounds, guest services, and seasonal offerings
Elevate the guest experience across cabins, RV sites, camping, and glamping accommodations
Recruit, develop, and mentor a seasonal and year-round team
Establish clear operational standards, policies, and service expectations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
Ensure property maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with ownership on long-term strategy, revenue growth, and capital improvements
Strengthen the resort’s positioning as a premier outdoor destination in the Revelstoke market
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within a resort, campground, boutique hotel, or outdoor hospitality environment
Strong operational acumen in non-branded or entrepreneurial settings
Financially literate with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
A visible, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse teams
Deep appreciation for outdoor lifestyle and mountain communities
High integrity, strong communication skills, and comfort working independently
