Accounts Receivable: Client invoicing Data entry Communication and follow-ups for collections
Accounts Payable: Receiving and processing supplier and subcontractor invoices Data entry Payment follow-ups in collaboration with the Director
Administrative and Accounting Tasks: Management of lien waivers, guarantees, and notices Government remittances Banking transactions and bookkeeping Liaising with organizations such as the RBQ, CNESST, and CCQ Your profile Profile Sought : We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, cautious, and perceptive, with strong judgment and professionalism. Relevant experience in a similar role is required Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset English is not mandatory but highly desirable, as we work with clients and suppliers in Ontario and the United States
Working Conditions : Flexible start and end times Remote work only possible in exceptional situations Salary based on experience and qualifications
