Role Responsibilities

Translate complex M&A and investment banking workflows into structured, high-quality deliverables.

Build, review, and annotate advanced financial models, including LBO, M&A, 3-statement, and valuation models.

Develop investor-grade materials such as IC memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports.

Evaluate and enhance AI-generated financial outputs for transactional accuracy and analytical rigor.

Curate structured datasets to train finance-focused AI systems.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reflect authentic deal dynamics in structured outputs.

Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all workstreams.

Requirements

Strong years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related fields.

Strong live deal experience including execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling.

Deep expertise in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.

Proven ability to produce clean, investor-ready financial analyses and documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote, asynchronous environments.

Authorized to work in the US, UK, or Canada.
