Technical Architect Akkodis is currently searching for a

Technical Architect

for our public sector client within the Ottawa area.

Job Description

Provide 3rd-line support for resolving complex IT related incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Design, implement, and maintain Email Services components.

Prepare and Review requests for comments.

Collaborate and liaise with departmental technical groups and integration teams.

Hybrid work environment.

Mandatory Experience Required/Must Haves

GOC

Secret

security clearance.

10 years of experience working as a technical architect.

10 years working on an enterprise email system.

Experience planning, developing, validating and implementing enterprise email architecture.

Additional Requirements/Nice to Haves

Working as a technical architect on a Microsoft Exchange Server.

Experience implementing directory synchronization tools.

Experience providing impact analysis for the configuration and technological changes to email systems.

Experience installing, configuring, integrating, testing and troubleshooting email hardware and software.

Experience working on a major email system upgrade. (EX: upgrading Exchange 2003 - 2007)
