Senior Software Engineer

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python as a primary language Strong proficiency in the modern web application tech stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and relational databasesStrong backend systems design, API development, and distributed systems experience Hands-on DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code Deep experience working with large language models: prompt engineering, context management, token optimization, and integrating LLMs into production applications Hands-on experience with open source AI agent frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)Proven ability to mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and lead a team technicallyStrong interpersonal skills: you know how to work with people, communicate clearly, give constructive feedback, and build trust on a team Familiarity with real estate technology or property management platforms Experience with data pipeline tools (Databricks, Airflow, or similar) Background in regulated industries with strict audit and compliance requirements **About The Company:**For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
