As a
Team Lead, Insurance Advisor
, you lead by example by demonstrating a high impact sales approach that’s balanced with advanced underwriting skills and general insurance knowledge. While achieving sales targets, you’ll mentor and coach others by sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Why we’ll love you:
A natural communicator with the ability to develop trusting client relationships
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experienced insurance broker with Level 1 license
Bonus!
Level 2 license
Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset

Build authentic and trusting client relationships to determine their insurance needs and provide the best possible coverage, protection, and client service
Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of Insurance Advisors
Meet / exceed sales targets; develop new business opportunities by binding new policies, securing expiry dates and cross and upselling personal, auto, and commercial insurance products
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to develop efficient office procedures
