Great Work Life Balance Supportive Management team Position Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing a range of financial and operational functions within the organization. It involves working closely with leadership and various stakeholders to support strategic, reporting, and compliance-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver recurring internal reports to support decision-making by senior leadership. Coordinate periodic reporting obligations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Support the development and review of financial documents required at various intervals throughout the year. Manage relationships with external partners, including service providers and auditors. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring smooth workflow across core accounting processes. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and related financial activities to support operational needs. Review and approve key financial entries and reconciliations. Supervise team activities related to payments, vendor interactions, and general expense tracking. Collaborate across departments and with external contacts to maintain accurate and timely records. Participate in planning and budgeting exercises, and provide analysis as needed. Support the assessment and tracking of certain investment-related items on a regular basis. Help manage internal programs related to compensation or benefits as applicable. Assist with compliance filings and help coordinate information for tax-related purposes. Encourage process improvements through technology and automation where possible. Contribute to special projects or initiatives as assigned by senior leadership. About You? Canadian CPA designation required with experience in IFRS Reporting Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics Experience with Tax 10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000/year When referencing this job, quote #446788 Seniority level
