What you will do The

Finance Director

is a senior finance leader responsible for driving financial performance, commercial effectiveness, and value creation across the company’s growth engine business unit. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, this role serves as the Finance lead for our US Consumer Business unit.

In this role, you can expect to:

BU Financial Leadership & Business Partnering:

Provide overall financial leadership for the US Consumer Business Unit. Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, US Consumer, aligning financial targets with strategic priorities and providing clear insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.

P&L Ownership & Performance Management:

Own full P&L accountability for the US Consumer business, including net revenue, gross margin, trade spend, SG&A, and EBITDA. Drive robust performance management routines to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely corrective actions.

Revenue Growth & Margin Management (RGM):

Lead RGM strategy and execution across key pillars, including pricing and pack architecture, promotion effectiveness, trade optimization, and customer/channel mix strategy. Ensure disciplined trade spend investment and strong net revenue realization amid inflationary and retailer pressures.

Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Analysis:

Own the annual operating plan (AOP), monthly rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes. Provide actionable insights on volume trends, pricing performance, gross-to-net drivers, competitive dynamics, and cost inflation impacts.

Customer & Channel Profitability:

Lead customer- and channel-level profitability analysis to support pricing decisions, customer negotiations, and portfolio optimization. Partner with Sales leadership on financial support for key account strategies across mass, club, drug, dollar, and e-commerce channels.

Commercial Insights & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Deliver clear financial insights to support commercial decisions related to pricing, customer programs, innovation, and mix. Act as the Finance voice in cross-functional forums including S&OP, demand planning, and operational reviews.

Team Leadership & Capability Development:

Lead and develop a high-performing team of commercial finance, RGM, and pricing professionals. Build strong talent pipelines, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of financial ownership and data-driven decision-making.

Governance, Controls & Compliance:

Ensure financial results and processes comply with internal policies and audit standards. Oversee accurate accounting and reporting of revenue, trade spend, accruals, and customer programs.

Continuous Improvement & Financial Discipline:

Promote continuous improvement across financial processes, analytics, and reporting. Identify opportunities to strengthen automation, insight generation, and scalability as the business evolves.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Revenue Management roles.

Supported North American/US business. Frequent travel to the US is required.

Proven experience leading financial planning and performance management for a large, complex business unit.

Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management, pricing, trade spend, and customer profitability.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively across functions.

Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or manufacturing environments preferred.
