Job Description We are looking for a Director to join our dynamic AI Strategy team, assisting a wide range of companies—from mid‑market entities to large corporations—in harnessing the strategic and practical capabilities of General AI (GenAI). The role focuses on driving innovation and value creation through bespoke AI solutions, from conception through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of AI solutions and proof‑of‑concepts, identifying business value opportunities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to national and international clients on AI strategy and data science initiatives.

Manage and lead specific workstreams within projects, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals.

Contribute to the evolution of service offerings and support go‑to‑market strategies for the Commercial AI team.

Collaborate with a newly established team of AI experts to foster learning and innovation.

Qualifications

8+ years of consulting experience, with recent focus on AI consulting, strategy development, or a similar role; hands‑on experience implementing AI solutions in a business context preferred.

Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead projects and make strategic decisions.

Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
