We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global company, a recognized Top Employer, seeking a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role within their finance function.

This newly created role will lead global consolidation and reporting, strengthen governance, and drive process excellence. You will oversee a small team and serve as the business owner for the consolidated chart of accounts and reporting platform.

This is a high‑visibility opportunity to influence reporting standards, partner with senior stakeholders across corporate and operations finance teams, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the global financial consolidation and reporting process

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements

Review financial results, provide insights, and support decision‑making for senior stakeholders

Partner with operations finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Finance to validate data

Own and optimize consolidation tools and chart of accounts, driving efficiency and best practices

Champion process improvement initiatives, automation, and reporting standardization

Lead, coach, and develop direct reports

The employer is offering a competitive compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary and plus annual bonus, stock incentives (RSU), RRSP contribution and matching, employee purchase program and 4 weeks’ vacation and extensive benefits program. The Successful Candidate

CPA designation required (qualified at a major public accounting firm), with 7+ years’ progressive experience in financial reporting

Strong IFRS knowledge including significant experience of complex, multi‑currency consolidations

Experience with consolidation tools and financial systems

Analytical, detail‑oriented, and process improvement minded

Strong communicator with proven leadership and team development skills
