You Are
A thought leader and an expert in Data & Analytics, who can connect and advise senior clients to leverage powerful storytelling skills and a data‑driven mindset focused on value‑driven use cases in
Banking & Capital Markets . As a Data & AI leader, you will coach emerging leaders, guide a diverse multidisciplinary workforce on a day‑to‑day basis, and help solve our clients’ data challenges.
The Work
Lead end‑to‑end strategy development, crafting holistic data and AI strategies, including operating models, architecture frameworks, and multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
Design and drive AI transformation programs, reimagining business and technology functions to accelerate value capture at scale.
Bring industry expertise to drive data & AI value‑driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets.
Collaborate with senior leadership and C‑level stakeholders to define and execute the client organization’s data & AI strategy, aligning initiatives with overall business objectives.
Prioritize AI use cases aligned to value potential and strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams and collaborate across strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery disciplines.
Contribute to go‑to‑market activities, solutioning, proposal development, and capability building.
Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of complex and large data projects, ensuring timely, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies, continuously exploring and integrating cutting‑edge tools.
Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Here’s What You Need
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in data & AI solutions, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership or management role, and a proven track record of architecting and implementing large‑scale data solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Deep technical and industry expertise in Generative AI, cloud computing, emerging data/AI platforms and trends, and AI‑driven use cases in Banking & Capital Markets.
Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams.
Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data & AI strategy, delivering measurable business value.
Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices, with experience enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards across large datasets.
Excellent project and program delivery skills, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Passion for staying up to date with latest trends in data management, cloud computing, and big data technologies.
Ability to travel and work within Canada.
Bonus Points
Previous experience within the consulting industry.
A master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or cloud computing.
Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing, with an understanding of industry‑specific data challenges and regulatory requirements.
Relevant certifications in solution architecture or data governance.

Salary: CA$65,000 – CA$85,000 per year (approx.)
