Your mission should you accept it:
As a Talent Advisor, your objective will be to recruit nested talents throughout Quebec to participate in the construction of renewable, solar or wind energy parks. You will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent, while contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of recruitment practices. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you will help deliver a high-quality candidate experience and support the organization’s current and future talent needs.
This role is based at our Lévis, Québec office in a hybrid work model.
Do you have what it takes?
Positive energy and...
Hold a post-secondary diploma in human resources or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including sourcing, direct outreach, and talent pipeline development;
General knowledge of the construction industry and unionized environments, as well as a strong interest in renewable energy (considered assets);
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French;
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English to interact regularly with candidates and colleagues nationwide. Must be able to conduct interviews and draft communications in English, as well as assess the English proficiency of candidates;
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and sourcing platforms; prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset;
Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously in a fast paced, changing priority environment;
Strong ability to quickly build trusted and collaborative relationships;
Strong passion for recruitment, candidate experience, and continuous improvement, supported by advanced analytical skills;

What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
Carry out the entire recruitment process for the identified groups, from needs analysis to onboarding coordination;
Act as an expert and adviser on matters concerning the recruitment process, candidate markets and resources;
Present adapted recruitment strategies and communicate the progress;
Demonstrate creativity by designing unique and effective sourcing and recruitment approaches to fill current needs and build talent pipelines for future needs;
Leverage your interpersonal skills and develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and partners to deliver an optimal recruiting experience;
Act as an ambassador for our brand;
Participate in the development, execution and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies;
Represent the company during recruitment-related activities as well as with educational institutions and business partners;
Collaborate on special projects related to recruitment and/or human resources;
Any other related duties.
