Family and Civil Litigation Associate

Aarbo Fuldauer Maitland LLP is seeking a 3+ year Family and General Civil Litigation Associate. We will consider a more junior candidate with the right qualifications . Candidates must be able to practice law in Alberta, and have direct family law litigation experience, with strong written and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law and demonstrate exceptional skills in negotiation, research, and legal drafting. This role involves representing clients in various family law matters, including divorce, and child custody. Our associate will work closely with clients and senior lawyers to provide legal guidance and support throughout the legal process. About the job
