The Role: Superintendent – Civil Infrastructure We are seeking a

Superintendent

to oversee the successful execution of

civil infrastructure projects up to $100 million

in value. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, and drive best practices to optimize project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee daily site operations for

underground utilities, municipal infrastructure, earthworks, and transportation

projects.

Team Leadership:

Direct and mentor site personnel, fostering a strong safety culture and collaborative work environment.

Scheduling & Budget Oversight:

Manage project schedules, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Quality & Compliance:

Enforce project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the primary site liaison, maintaining strong relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track and aligned with company objectives.

Process Improvement:

Implement innovative strategies to enhance site productivity and project efficiency.

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience

in civil construction, specializing in

underground utilities, municipal infrastructure, earthworks, or transportation

projects.

5+ years of leadership experience

as a Superintendent, managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to successfully deliver projects up to

$100 million

in value.

Strong understanding of

scheduling, cost control, and safety regulations

in civil construction.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience working with

unionized and non-unionized workforces

is an asset.

Proficiency in

construction management software and scheduling tools.
