Information Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and track project plans and milestones across multiple workstreams. Support governance through Steering Committees, Design Authorities, and Transformation Forums. Identify, elevate, and resolve risks/issues. Partner with Risk & Control Governance to ensure regulatory alignment (including OSFI). Manage scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations within budget and timelines. Track risks, issues, and dependencies across the program portfolio. Provide monthly status reporting on project health, costs, scope, and benefits. Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior-level updates. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (Excel proficiency required). Ability to articulate technical strategy and navigate ambiguity. Strong collaboration and influence skills across diverse teams. Requirements

5+ years managing multiple projects within a broader program. Experience delivering technical solutions meeting OSFI regulatory and resilience requirements. Proven ability to elevate, communicate, and manage complex risks/issues. Strong analytical capability (Excel). Nice to have: PMP or equivalent. Education: University Degree.
