Material Handling Associate

Responsibilities

Safely operate warehouse equipment as needed, including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, fork, probe)

Obtain and maintain equipment certification if applicable

Read and follow instructions

Move material within facility to ensure machine centers are stocked and deliveries are loaded and unloaded according to protocol

Keep warehouse and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements

Verify and track all material moved, including quantity, size, and packaging

Complete all necessary documents for internal or external use

Qualifications

Prior equipment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure

Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email and calendar capabilities

Pay Pay Range (CAD): $21‑$23

This pay range reflects our good‑faith estimate of the role's expected range at the time of posting. Pay offers are based on job‑related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and business needs. Most offers are made in the lower to middle part of the range.
