Dispatcher

Main responsibilities • Answer the phone and dispatch trucks and calls • Search for routes for trucks (load link) • Respond to the driver • File loading documents • Dispatch trucker routes and other tasks • Fill out documents on the computer • Respond to emails • Other tasks requested • Have knowledge of office automation / distribution • Load link software • Good command of written and spoken English and French
