As part of this transformation, they are expanding their ServiceNow platform capabilities to improve internal service delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance employee experience across the organization.
They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in designing and building scalable solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual will work across both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to deliver high-impact automation, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Configuration
Design, configure, and enhance solutions within ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules
Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
Customize forms, catalogs, and service portals to improve user experience
Integration & Automation
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
Build automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
Support data synchronization and integration with HR, identity, and enterprise platforms
Platform Performance & Governance
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance
Support platform upgrades, patch management, and release cycles
Follow ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
Work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and platform administrators
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Hands-on experience with ITSM and HRSD modules
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
Technical Skills
Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub workflows
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal customization
Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
ITSM and/or HRSD certifications considered an asset
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional enterprise teams
