Job Summary: As a Broker/Sales Representative, you will assist clients in buying and selling yachts while representing Fraser Yacht Sales’ reputation for excellence. This role may involve occasional travel to boat locations.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through yacht purchases or sales.

Manage yacht listings, negotiate offers, and facilitate brokerage transactions.

Stay informed about market trends and the brands we represent.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and attend boat shows or events.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, ideally in the marine or luxury goods industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of yachts, boats, and the boating lifestyle is a significant asset.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as needed.

Availability to work weekends for client meetings, events, or boat shows.
