Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales and operational strategies. They will lead and inspire a dynamic team, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and optimize store performance. The Store Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with loss prevention practices, and cultivating a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail operations
Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and methods
Leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and motivation
Ability to analyze and achieve sales targets and business objectives
Prior retail management experience is considered an asset
