What you get to do
Identify client prospects in need of direct hire workforce services & solution
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media and in-person
Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solution
Full cycle recruitment
What you need to bring
2+ years of sales and business development experience (within a Staffing Agency; selling Finance & Accounting OR you have a strong background in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, or equivalent experience) and are ready to leverage that knowledge in a strategic, advisory capacity
Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the pas
Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meeting
Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environnement for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional jo
Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN
