You will join our Application team to contribute to the modernization of our Data and messaging ecosystem. As a Production Engineer, you will ensure the operational stability of the platform and support teams as their needs evolve.
YOUR MISSIONS
Provide L3 production support for Kafka and Qlik platforms
Monitor platforms, investigate alerts, and resolve production incidents
Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting (logs, processes, scheduling, performance)
Execute production changes following ITIL and change management processes
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and global operations teams
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
Experience in IT production support or operations (5–6 years)
Experience in banking or regulated environments is a strong advantage
Strong Unix/Linux expertise (mandatory)
Experience with Apache Kafka using Kerberos
Experience with Qlik Data Integration (Qlik Sense not required)
Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
Strong interest in IT infrastructure and security
You demonstrate rigorous attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Willingness to build expertise in messaging and streaming systems
You demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills
