Our client, a large and complex enterprise organization, is undergoing a significant digital workplace transformation as they transition to Microsoft 365. To support this rollout, they are seeking several M365 User Adoption and Training Specialists to provide hands‑on guidance and support to employees navigating the new platform.

In this highly visible role, you will work closely with end‑users across the organization, helping them build confidence using new tools and workflows. Your ability to simplify technology, provide patient guidance, and deliver practical training will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll deliver live training sessions, including one‑on‑one and small group sessions, guiding employees through key Microsoft 365 tools and workflows.

In this role, you’ll support users in navigating the M365 interface, including Outlook, the M365 dashboard, and profile settings.

You’ll demonstrate best practices for creating, saving, and organizing documents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You’ll provide hands‑on support with collaboration tools such as OneDrive and Teams, including cloud storage, file sharing, and real‑time co‑authoring.

You’ll respond to user questions and provide practical “how‑to” guidance, escalating technical issues to the IT support team when needed.

You’ll gather feedback from users on challenges and adoption barriers, contributing insights to improve training materials and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting end‑user technology training, user adoption, or train‑the‑trainer initiatives

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Teams

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical instructions

Experience delivering user‑focused training in a professional or enterprise environment

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, service‑oriented approach to supporting users

Ability to quickly learn documentation and adapt in a fast‑paced project environment
