Senior Process Engineering Analyst – TD Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

Line of Business: Enterprise Enabling Functions

Pay Range: $76,800 - $115,200 CAD

Job Description The Governance, Control & Operational Excellence team are creative change agents who design, optimize, implement, report on and improve processes, shaping the organization into a structured framework for decision‑making and accountability across departments. As a Senior Process Engineering Analyst you will use your proven experience in engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders to plan, manage, execute and monitor process improvements for moderate, new and existing processes in alignment with business objectives and strategies. You will write concise, consumable documentation, create visuals of the Art of the Possible, and be an effective storyteller to deliver value.

Responsibilities

Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Act as a consultant, providing advice, business expertise, and recommendations on business and/or operational processes.

Communicate difficult concepts; convert information to compelling business context and advice.

Document process maps, plans, artifacts and/or provide leadership to others as needed.

Leverage statistics to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and waste.

Recommend solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste, lead the team to execute on recommendations.

Analyze feasibility and impact of new initiatives, process improvements, technical solutions and/or products/features.

Manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise.

Integrate broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area.

Understand the industry, competition and differentiating factors.

Contribute to setting standards within area of expertise.

Use industry methods to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate.

Have sound knowledge of software applications required to perform tasks while following best practices.

Interpret guidelines, standards, policies and results of analysis to inform decision making at senior levels.

Build stakeholder alignment while leading projects and activities; may provide process and subject matter advice at senior levels.

Requirements Working knowledge of IT and Security Risk vernacular, technologies and practices. Process improvement advisor for a business, typically leading or contributing on projects of moderate scope and complexity.Professional role requiring in‑depth Lean Six Sigma knowledge/expertise and working knowledge of broader related areas. Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork, and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest.

Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.

Keep current on emerging trends, developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.

Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross‑training within own team.

Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others, by sharing knowledge and

Works independently as the senior subject matter lead and guides others within area of expertise.

Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.

4-5+ years of relevant experience.

Black Belt; Cobit certification or other process management certifications.

Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate experience is an asset.
