Your role Project Controls & Governance:

Ensure all project setups comply with established Project Controls processes and procedures.

Oversee cost control activities across the full project/program lifecycle, ensuring accurate monitoring, controlling, and reporting.

Support Project Control Director/Managers as required.

Lead the implementation and integration of EcoSys within the project environment.

Maintain an integrated cost-schedule control system in collaboration with planners and reporting analysts.

Cost Management & Reporting:

Manage a team of Cost Control professionals, providing leadership, direction, and performance oversight.

Oversee timely and accurate monthly cost reporting, ensuring all control accounts are updated and variances are fully supported.

Monitor actual cost trends, analyze forecasts, and provide insights to optimize overall project cost performance.

Manage and oversee the Change Management process.

Prepare and deliver regular cost status reports, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure accurate commitment tracking and reporting for purchase orders.

Provide input for client and Joint Venture reporting requirements.

Prepare forward‑looking monthly, quarterly and yearly cost and cash flow forecasts.

Act as the primary point of contact for all cost and finance‑related inquiries.

Interface as required with internal Client Joint Venture and internal project stakeholders.

Perform special assignments, ad hoc analyses, and other duties as required.

About you

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 12 years of cost control experience, including experience at a Cost Manager or Lead level.

Ideal – Experience in Engineering, Construction, EPCM companies.

Demonstrated hands‑on leadership experience managing cost teams and complex project programs.

Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and ideally Power BI.

Strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent requests under pressure.
