Maintenance Worker

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a 'Handyman' for the Delson 170 de l'Harmonie residential building. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to lay floating floor

Actively participate in various company committees -Know and apply company policies and procedures

All other related tasks

Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior

Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.)

Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building

Knowledge of plumbing and electricity

Make spring and winter outdoor preparations.

Preventive maintenance on equipment

Remove snow and ice from sidewalks occasionally

Construction

Make service calls

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Good team player

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Customer service experience an asset

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
