Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Location: On-site | Toronto Daily Responsibilities

Significant drive to enhance organizational compliance, collaborate extensively with the Organization's Risk team to pivot our focus toward targeted remediation of high-priority breached KRIs.

Through influential guidance and cross-functional leadership, successfully instill a culture of zero tolerance for overdue Open Audit issues and findings, significantly elevating our collective risk conductand governance standards.

Create reports with RAG status updates and path to green for KRIs Compliance in CNB for the weekly risk deck and monthly BRD Deck to be submitted to SLT.

Working with SMEs, control testers and Risk Team on closing Open Issues, uplifting controls and ensure readiness for Control testing

Must-have Skills

10 years relevant work experience

Extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of windows and Unix operating systems at IT compliance perspective, Disaster Recovery Compliance, EOL, Access Management, PAM, NPID, WWF, Penetration Testing, Service Now.

IT Secure hardening and server hygiene– Technical Security Standards, Vulnerabilities, Open shares, Antivirus, Cryptography

Control testing and IT Audit experience

Windows and UNIX infrastructure/operating system knowledge, MS excel, Power Point

Nice-to-have Skills

Working knowledge of risk measurement and IT compliance

Proven business analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to identify, analyze and rectify project issues as they arise

Well developed PC Skills with respect to spreadsheets, access database and presentation software

Ability to construct and execute complex SQL queries to extract information

Ability to deal with ambiguous inputs/user requirements and able to question, interpret, investigate, define the ambiguity and obtain answers

Ability to convey complex conceptual information involving extensive interpretation and opinion which would involve technical and business components
