**Location:** Toronto W/Thunder Bay### About the RoleThis role, being sales-focused, is ultimately accountable for delivering on individual and/or team business plan targets in line with corporate and franchise objectives.### Role and ResponsibilitiesBuilds and manages relationships through face-to-face, virtual and phone calls with customers, seeking to understand their needs and requirements in order to find opportunities to partner with them and/or bring value to their practicesCompletes territory administration in a timely fashion to meet reporting requirements and internal targets (e.g., daily entering of calls in CRM, weekly expense reports)2–5 years of work experience in sales3+ years of previous pharmaceutical experience or health-related industryStrong business acumen and analytical skills to assess business and develop/execute business plans at the territory levelCommunication and presentation skills to engage customers and colleagues in business activitiesDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals through understanding customer needs and bringing value to every interactionCommitment to developing a cohesive team environment and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partnersAttention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills are essential in managing the complexity and demands of the businessProficiency in MS Office applications, to include ExcelCompetitive range of employee benefits
