The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Cabin Integrator to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
You will be part of the In‑Service Engineering Cabin team responsible for developing cabin solutions for A220 customers. The team organisation is established to promote cross‑collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as cabin integrator will be to support operators by providing solutions to their cabin request.

Your challenges
Support A220 operators by providing solutions to their cabin‑related requests;
Investigate recurring technical and quality issues reported regarding aircraft cabins;
Monitor and review these issues with our engineering department and suppliers to develop solutions and provide mitigation measures to operators;
Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of reliability, quality, and cost;
Investigate damage recurrence and propose long‑term solutions;
Participate in design reviews and support cabin modifications and evolutions;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Services organization.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the aerospace industry;
You have extensive experience in aircraft interiors, from a design, certification, or operational perspective;
You are proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
You are a proactive and results‑oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility, a customer focus, and sound engineering judgment;
You are bilingual in spoken and written French and English.
This role may involve some travel for business worldwide. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
