Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Position at

and is undergoing significant transformation. To date, the AR and AP functions have been offshored to affiliates in Panama and India, with further offshoring initiatives planned and an ERP system conversion underway.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by attracting and developing team members, setting an expectation that we own every figure on our financial statements.

Create influence and partnerships across the organization and with ELC counterparts to enable integration and transformation initiatives.

Set goals in accordance with corporate mandates, communicate milestones, and provide regular feedback to a group of direct reports.

Manage and review company financial statements, detail accounting records, and support accurate financial and accounts reporting.

Drive period‑end financial close responsibilities, including journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations and P&L review.

Oversee implications of changes to Master Data to ensure external mapping schemes are updated and understood.

Communicate to key stakeholders and partner with different pillars to provide financial information as requested pertaining to financial results and key metrics.

Maintain timeliness and accuracy of the month‑end close process and annual close.

Manage all reporting and reconciliations of GL accounts with accuracy.

Oversee timely recording of capital expenditures and ensure internal control policy on capital purchases.

Review and analyze transactions to ensure accurate cost‑center allocation and account classification.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong financial knowledge with background in systems, data reporting and analytics.

CPA designation or equivalent required.

5+ years of progressive financial reporting experience, including 2+ years of people‑management experience.

Strong understanding of US GAAP.

Experience with MS Dynamics D365 (ERP system) considered an asset.
