Quality Assurance Specialist

**Our client a manufacturer and distributor is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to their team**

Job Details:

Responsible for the execution of existing quality control processes

Conduct incoming inspection of raw packaging materials and finished goods by comparing them against specifications and standards.

Must be capable of using analytical tools such as scales, callipers and other digital instruments

Support new product launches through package, transit and performance testing.

Maintain quality standards and procedures.

Track and report on Quality KPIs.

Reports to Director of Operations.

What They Offer:

Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 an hour depending on exp.

4% Vacation Pay

Paid Stat Holidays

Potential to be hired on full time direct.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role

Must be capable of using analytical tools such as scales, callipers and other digital instruments

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Must be a team player

Experience with KPI's and reporting

Must have good MS Office exp including excel and reports

Must be willing to work overtime when required
