Job Description
We’re looking for an
AI Engineer
to help reshape how we design and deliver corporate interiors for our client, a well‑known design and architecture firm in Vancouver.
You’ll collaborate directly with our internal domain experts — strategists, designers, engineers, and construction professionals — who are actively conceptualizing tools to improve the way we work. Once ideas are defined, you’ll take the lead in refining, debugging, and deploying them across our global teams.
This is not about building commercial SaaS products. It’s about internal enablement and transformation — applying AI in ways that create measurable impact inside a global design and build organization.
If you want to see your work influence real‑world design and construction workflows, this is your opportunity.
Competitive Compensation ($110,000 - $120,000)
Extended Healthcare
Employee Assistance Program
Long‑Term Disability
Vitality Wellness Program
Training, Personal Development and Conference allowances
An Awesome Team
Work 1 day a week from home
What You Will Be Doing:
Partner with strategists, designers, engineers, and construction professionals to translate ideas into working AI‑powered tools
Refine and productionise prototypes into stable, reliable internal applications
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud)
Debug and optimise across both front‑end and back‑end systems
Help operationalise AI initiatives across global teams
Continuously improve internal workflows through automation and applied AI
Who You Are:
5–8 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or full stack development
Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (Google Cloud preferred)
Strong debugging and problem‑solving capabilities
Comfort working across front‑end and back‑end systems
Ability to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical solutions
A practical mindset — focused on reliability, usability, and internal adoption
