Python Developer (RACI)

to join our team on a

permanent

basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications, utilizing your Python expertise and understanding of the RACI matrix to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities

Develop

and maintain high-quality Python code using Django framework for web applications and REST APIs.

Design

and implement efficient and scalable solutions for SQL database interactions.

Collaborate

with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Utilize

Git for version control, ensuring code quality through code reviews and thorough testing.

Deploy

and manage applications on AWS/Cloud platforms, demonstrating knowledge of cloud infrastructure.

Apply

Agile methodologies in daily workflows, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Create

comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, API documentation, and user guides.

Required Qualifications

1+ years

of professional experience as a Python Developer.

Proficiency

in Python, Django, and REST API development.

Strong understanding

of SQL databases and database design principles.

Experience

with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Familiarity

with AWS/Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Excellent

problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Demonstrated ability

to apply the RACI matrix for project management and task allocation.

Experience

with code review, testing, and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

working in an Agile environment.

Familiarity

with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest).

Knowledge

of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency

in English and Urdu.

Any relevant certifications

(e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
