Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Manager, Hearing Aid Clinics. Reporting to the Director, Hearing Aid Clinics, the Hearing Aid Clinics Manager works in alignment with standards and protocols established by the Director, Audiology Professional Practice. The Hearing Aid Clinics Manager is responsible for the leadership, quality, and performance of Audiology services across CHS Hearing Aid Clinics. The role oversees clinical operations, professional practice, staff supervision, and business performance to ensure high-quality, person-centered care, regulatory compliance, efficient clinic operations, and achievement of sales and service targets.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is also a hybrid position and will require travel for business.

Adept in both verbal and written communication. ASL proficiency or willingness to learn.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong administrative abilities with a necessary command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Travel:

Ability and willingness to engage in extensive provincial travel as required.

What You Will Do

Clinical & Direct Service Leadership:

Lead and continuously improve the overall clinic and client experience while ensuring all clinical documentation meets CASLPO, PHIPA, and CHS requirements.

Supervision & People Management:

Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists (HIS), Supervisors and support staff while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Administration & Financial Management:

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs related to sales, productivity, and service delivery.

Advanced proficiency in Excel is necessary

to develop operational dashboards, perform variance analysis, and prepare financial reports.

Training & Professional Development:

Provide clinical training and mentorship aligned with Professional Practice standards and ensure staff compliance with CASLPO standards.

External Relationships & Outreach:

Represent CHS Audiology on external committees and liaise with vendors, funders, and community partners.

Infection Prevention & Control:

Ensure strict compliance with CHS infection prevention and control (IPAC) standards and oversee PPE and hygiene practices.

What Qualifications You Bring

Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology.

Current registration with CASLPO and ADP.

Minimum 10 years of clinical Audiology experience.

3–5 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Audiology best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging trends.

Demonstrated business acumen and experience achieving clinical and sales targets.

Experience with program evaluation, KPI monitoring, and caseload management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational, administrative, and financial management abilities.

Experience with contractor management and community engagement activities.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent knowledge of Internet/website applications and Microsoft Office suite, experience working with a database.

Demonstrated sensitivity to working in a culturally diverse environment.

Travel as required (e.g., meetings, retreats, conference attendance, emergency clinic coverage across locations, etc).

Preference will be given to candidates located within reasonable proximity to a CHS clinic location to support operational responsiveness and provincial oversight.

Salary Hiring Min Rate $114,781.36 CAD, Hiring Max Rate $119,372.62 CAD
