Position Overview
The
Account Director
will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Khure Health’s relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare partners. This individual will play a key role in business development, client strategy, and execution, driving growth through new business development and exceptional client service with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
New Business Development
initiatives with pharmaceutical and healthcare stakeholder prospects.
Support the development and execution of
business growth goals and go‑to‑market strategies , including annual customer excellence and growth plans.
Draft compelling
proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
for potential clients.
Manage customer opportunities and sales pipeline through
Salesforce CRM .
Create and deliver engaging
visual, written, and verbal storytelling
tailored to diverse audiences.
Develop, own, and nurture
client relationships , ensuring consistent communication and thoughtful touchpoints across all stages of engagement and delivery.
Curate
high‑quality customer experiences
that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Actively increase Khure’s
profile and presence
within the life sciences industry by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
Represent Khure Health at
conferences and industry events , both virtually and in person.
Collaborate with internal teams including technical, clinical, and marketing to support project strategy and execution aligned with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
BSc, MBA preferred .
Proven
business development or account management experience
in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
Pharmaceutical sales experience
strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a talent for consultative storytelling.
Demonstrated success in relationship management and client engagement.
Experience working in
Salesforce CRM
or similar tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, collaborative environment.

90% Remote (some travel required for internal meetings, client meetings and conferences)
Compensation:
Total Compensation including base plus incentives $150,000, plus eligibility for long term incentives
