Job Description Our client is looking for Senior Electrical Substation Design Engineers with > 10 years of experience. The firm, situated in the Greater Toronto Area, is expanding its team and requires your expertise. This is a contract role.

Your qualifications will encompass:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, along with more than 10 years of experience in Transmission Line Design, Transmission Structure Design and other Structural Design

PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, HFAD

The capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

Your duties will involve:

Continuous communication and coordination with clients, other consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Contributing your extensive knowledge of codes and standards relevant to your design responsibilities.

Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Exhibiting creativity and innovation in problem-solving.

10+ years of working experience in Substation Design

Professional Engineer in the United States and/or Canada

Open to occasional travel
