What you will be doing:

Associate Lawyer, Insurance Coverage and Defence

Practice focused primarily on insurance coverage law, with general civil litigation as a supplement

Insurance coverage work will make up the bulk of the associate’s workload

Intermediate associates have conduct of their own files where appropriate

Assist senior counsel on more complex matters

What you must have:

Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation

Experience drafting pleadings

Experience speaking to chambers applications

Experience negotiating at mediations

Experience appearing at trial considered valuable

Breadth of experience across insurance coverage and litigation matters

Salary/Rate Range : $143,000.00 – $182,000.00
