Job Description

Lead a consultant to deliver on-site improvement projects for our clients across North America.

Deliver complex workstreams which require strong technical ability and management of large scopes.

Form excellent senior relationships within the client team.

Provide direction, structured feedback, and coaching to the consultant team.

Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.

Craft and disseminate best practice.

Lead the overall performance of the project.

Deliver an improvement workstream by identifying improvement opportunities.

Create and roll out solutions with the client.

Generate new business through project additions and referral generation.

Support internal improvement initiatives.

Support other team’s projects during biweekly project reviews by offering insight, challenge, and relevant experience to other projects.

Qualifications

Experienced – 2+ years of consulting experience or operations leadership, ideally focused on operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or complex programs.

Technical – Systematically proficient and can analyze complex data.

A Leader – Natural ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Educated – University degree in engineering, science, business, accounting, etc.

Motivated – Outcome‑focused self‑starter looking to go beyond status quo.

Resilient – Handles pressure, manages multiple deliverables with clarity.

Driven – Seeks feedback to grow personally and professionally.

A Project Manager – Experience in organizational change management and project implementation from start to finish.

Structured Problem Solver – Process‑oriented approach, breaks large problems into manageable modules.

Relationship Builder – Cultivates strong relationships where everyone feels respected and valued.

A Happy Traveler – Comfortable traveling away from home most days during the week to spend time on site with team and clients.

You’re awesome – Engaging conversation, energy, positivity; people seek you out.

Fun – Openness to reward success with good time and hope to join in the fun.
