This position will be posted from March 10, 2026 to March 15, 2026.
What You'll Do:
Direct and lead the resources within the capital projects team to support the operation and execution of the capital program
Manage key projects with the overall accountability for the safety and cost-efficiency of the work
Maintain flexibility while working with site stakeholders to develop recommendations for prioritization of projects in a rapidly changing environment
Manage and control projects to ensure that objectives are met in an economical and timely manner, and that applicable standards, procedures and quality control requirements are either developed or met as required
Champion stakeholder engagement and collaboration to foster a culture of trust and innovation
Assist in the development of site-specific business processes for the identification, prioritization, and execution of capital projects while adhering to governance policies including CAPMAP, PSIM and Management of Change
Support the development of the site 5 and 20-year plans aligning capital expenditures with site targets and corporate governance
Be committed to sustaining our safe, positive and inclusive work environment while upholding our culture of care
What You'll Bring:
Civil, Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with a Professional Engineer designation required
Ideally eight or more years of relevant experience in project management. Those with greater or lesser amounts of experience may also be considered
A strong commitment to safety
A demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to strategically develop priorities, assess risks and deliver value
Excellent communication, coaching and mentorship skills
Committed attitude with a focus on building collaboration and trust
Experience in the development and implementation of business processes
Knowledge of finance/accounting principles relating to budgeting and capital expenditures
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Knowledge of Oracle and Nutrien CapMap or Planisware software is strongly preferred
