This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
The SDM works closely with clients and multiple CGI Teams to manage the governance of services obligated by contracts within the financial services space.
Responsibilities include:
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Contract Management, including Service Level Agreement Adherence
Opportunity Identification & Change Management
Financial Management
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
5+ years of client management experience
Clear and effective communicator (in writing and verbally)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask with exceptional time management skills
Driven to solve problems
Well-versed in wealth management and general financial services industry
Excellent presenter and be comfortable with presenting to executive-level audiences
Self-motivated
Skilled at finding a balance as both an advocator for the client and for CGI
Compensation
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
