As part of our North American growth strategy, Trinamix is expanding its leadership presence in

Canada

and is seeking a senior sales leader to build and scale the Canadian market.

Role Overview The

Sales Director – Canada

will be responsible for

building and growing Trinamix’s Canadian business , developing strategic client relationships, and driving enterprise consulting sales across Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

This role requires an experienced enterprise sales leader with a

strong understanding of finance or

manufacturing business processes , and a proven track record of selling

large-scale consulting and transformation engagements .

The role will work closely with

Oracle’s sales leadership , strategic alliance partners, and Trinamix delivery teams to identify and close complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities Market Development – Canada

Establish and expand Trinamix presence in the Canadian enterprise market

Identify and develop relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and digital transformation leaders

Build strategic relationships across targeted industries such as Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities, and Technology

Drive revenue growth through sales of:

Oracle Supply Chain Cloud

Oracle EPM

Oracle Field Service

Application Managed Services (AMS)

Data & AI-enabled transformation programs

Lead full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure

Achieve annual consulting sales targets

Strategic Account Development

Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive leadership at enterprise clients

Position Trinamix as a strategic transformation partner rather than a traditional system integrator

Expand footprint within existing accounts through cross-sell opportunities

Partner closely with Oracle sales leadership across Canada

Develop joint pursuit strategies with Oracle account teams

Participate in Oracle partner programs and co-selling initiatives

Lead pursuit strategy for large transformation programs

Work with solution architects and delivery leadership to shape winning proposals

Present transformation roadmaps and value propositions to executive stakeholders

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring

deep consulting sales experience combined with strong business domain understanding .

Required Experience

10–15+ years of enterprise consulting sales experience

Proven track record of selling

large transformation programs ($2M–$20M+)

Experience selling

Oracle Cloud ERP / SCM / EPM transformation programs

Strong network within enterprise accounts across Canada

Experience leading complex RFP pursuits and multi-stakeholder deals

Domain Expertise Candidates should have prior functional or industry exposure in at least one of the following areas:

Manufacturing operations and supply chain

Digital transformation initiatives across ERP and enterprise systems

This domain expertise enables effective engagement with

CFOs, COOs, and Supply Chain leaders .

Preferred Background Strong candidates often come from leading consulting firms such as:

Education

MBA with specialization in

Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management

preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Strategic enterprise selling capability

Executive presence with C-level stakeholders

Ability to navigate complex transformation programs

Collaboration across sales, alliances, and delivery teams

Success Metrics Performance in this role will be measured through:

Pipeline development and deal conversion rates

Strategic partnership development with Oracle

Expansion within key accounts
