PLC Engineer

Job Description UCAM is seeking a skilled and dedicated PLC Engineer to design, program, test, and maintain PLC systems for our cutting‑edge machines and automated processes.

Design, develop and implement PLC programming in Siemens, Mitsubishi & Fanuc controllers

Conduct testing, troubleshooting and debugging of PLC programs and control systems

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers

Electrical commissioning and interfacing

Develop and maintain documentation for PLC programs, control systems and operational procedures

Provide training to existing service engineers on PLC

Prepare training documentation

Requirements

PLC knowledge

Ability to train the team and handle the team

Customer‑focused

Problem‑solving skills in accordance with priority

Knowledge of the machine tools industry

Multi‑tasking
