Senior Practice Consultant, PWM – TD Securities

Department Overview
At TD Wealth, advisors deliver exceptional client outcomes and build world‑class practices. The Practice Management Team, best‑in‑class, coaches and develops advisors, leaders and support teams across TD Wealth’s Advice Businesses. Senior Practice Consultants diagnose, assess, and help practices at different stages, working with top advisors and teams.
Responsibilities
Drive practice enhancement, engagement and coaching for high‑net‑worth (HNW) advisory teams.
Conduct practice discovery and solution processes as a consultant delivering solutions across the full scope of Practice Management.
Implement tactical Practice Management initiatives at the leader and advisor level.
Deliver thought‑leading content for larger groups and one‑on‑one, deskside engagements.
Equip local advisors to grow via greater efficiency, prospecting, referrals, consolidation strategies, brand development, and team growth.
Qualifications
Proven track record in delivering HNW advice and solutions to clients.
10+ years in sales leadership, coaching, training, and/or advisory experience.
Excellent presentation skills and history of one‑on‑one and group coaching.
Forward‑looking thought leader with problem‑solving skills and understanding of advisory practice optimization.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with disciplined timelines.
Strong influencing skills and drive accountability.
Knowledge of TD Wealth products, systems, procedures and structure.
Understanding of Private Wealth Management business, regulations and procedures.
Industry certifications (CSC, IFIC, PFP/PFPc, CFP, CFA) are an asset.
Coaching designations (ACC, PCC) with ICF or similar are an asset.
Consulting certifications such as Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, DISC, Myers‑Briggs are an asset.
