The

Senior Project Manager

is a leadership role responsible for overseeing critical projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Amico Mobility. This position manages healthcare and construction-related projects from post‑sale through completion, while providing direct leadership (team), performance management, and operational guidance to the Project Management team. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong commercial awareness, negotiation capability, and the ability to drive accountability, efficiency, and project profitability across multiple concurrent projects.

Job Responsibilities Project Management

Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects from post‑sale through manufacturing, installation, and close‑out

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contractual and financial objectives

Review and manage project budgets, margins, cost controls, and change orders to maintain profitability

Lead complex project planning, scheduling, and coordination across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams

Review drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and design intent

Oversee preparation and review of submittal packages, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

Manage escalations, resolve technical and commercial issues, and mitigate project risk

Support contract review and participate in client negotiations related to scope changes, pricing adjustments, and delivery timelines

Drive process improvements within project workflows to increase operational efficiency and consistency

Client Management

Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Negotiate scope changes, pricing adjustments, and schedule impacts with professionalism and authority

Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships to support repeat business and strategic growth

Proactively identify and address client concerns to protect company reputation and project success

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Project Management team

Conduct performance reviews and establish clear expectations, accountability measures, and development plans

Support workload distribution and resource planning across the department

Standardize best practices, documentation processes, and communication protocols

Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, and solution‑oriented thinking

Collaborate with senior management to align project operations with company objectives

Assist with hiring decisions and onboarding of new Project Management team members as required

Qualifications Education & Experience

Education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum 8+ years of project management experience within construction, manufacturing or design‑build environments. Healthcare experience is an asset

Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

Previous leadership or team management experience required

Strong background in contract administration, change management, and commercial negotiations

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret CAD plans, construction drawings, and specifications

Experience reviewing construction plans and specification documents

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
