Position: M365/Gen AI Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Overview The M365/GenAI Engineer designs, builds, and supports secure integrations, connectors, and operational controls across Microsoft 365 and enterprise LLM platforms. This is a hands‑on technical implementer role.

Key Responsibilities

Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration.

Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).

Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads.

Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross‑workspace access.

Provide hands‑on engineering for data governance enforcement.

Qualifications

Strong coding/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries).

Hands‑on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).

Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms.

Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms.

Strong understanding of enterprise security and least‑privilege access.

Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement.
